This website (igrstelangana.org) is not the official Telangana government portal, and we want to be upfront about that.

The official IGRS portal at registration.telangana.gov.in is well-built, but for most people—especially those dealing with property registration or EC searches for the first time — it can be confusing to navigate. Figuring out which form to use, what the fees mean, or why your search returned no records isn’t always obvious.

We built igrstelangana.org as a plain-language guide to help people understand how the system works. Nothing on this site requires you to log in with us, share your documents, or pay us anything. We just explain the process, point you to the right official links, and try to save you an unnecessary trip to the SRO.

All the actual services — EC downloads, slot booking, market value checks — happen on the government’s own website. We are simply here to help you get there without confusion.
